Toys and other stuffs for children are instruments in molding themselves. Playing for children is of course a source of fun but unknowingly they are learning at the same time! Parents should know the right kind of toys to give to their children. For lower years, it’s best to give them soft and flash toys. The characteristics of these toys will then help these young mind to understand basic shapes, color, texture etc. This will help in enhancing their motor skills. For higher ages, it’s good to give them stuffs to play with which are a bit complicated like blocks and a train with rail roads to build. This will help develop analytic skills, mind alertness and proper brain structure.

At the proper age, parents can somehow introduce to their children books and reading as well. If kids can understand or recognize pictures they’ll surely enjoy bed time stories. Start in doing simple ways. Your children will love reading if you expose them to reading materials at home.
As children grows, parents and guardians should understand that their kids are building their own interest in life. Parents may give toys that they can afford to buy and provide them everything but it’s not good of you restrict them to choose what they want because it’s one way of building self-interest, self-confidence and self-identity.
We should be aware of the Declaration on the Vital Importance of Toys.
Child’s world exploration begins in playing with toys.

While I was waiting for our dinner, I sat on the dining table. I was watching my niece. She was playing with her friends. They were playing as teacher and students. I smiled looking at them because my sisters and I used to do the same. We were like that before. I got 2 sisters. One of us will act as the teacher and the remaining 2 together with our friends will be the students!
I was listening to them. They were having ” spelling session”. I like what they were doing because they were not just playing but they were learning at the same time. Another thing is they all spoke English. My mom and I were laughing because all of them were really trying their best to use English language! They spoke using 2 languages though; English and vernacular. Denise’s friend Jean acted as the teacher and she was asking for English words to be spelled out!!! We did what they were doing way back in my elementary years. I miss my child play. So are my old friends. Some of them grew up with me in this village. I don’t know the whereabouts of the others though.
Parents and guardians should understand that it’s normal for kids to play and be with other children. Don’t restrict them to do so. Just make sure that they’re safe and are playing in a clean area. It’s awkward if we see preppy old people right?
If you’re not convinced, you’ve got to know the IMPORTANCE OF PLEASURE IN PLAY.

It’s not really ok when the kids get sick. Now my two nieces are not in good condition. One of them is admitted to the hospital. She’s been there for 3 days now. Her younger sister is also unwell. We went to the hospital yesterday for her check up. Both underwent Roentgen test or commonly called as X-ray. In my Chemistry subject in high school I can’t forget the name of the person who was able to discover the ray without name or unidentified. That’s the reason why this radiation or light is called X-ray.It was Wilhelm Roentgen who made this amazing discovery in 1895 that took a big leap in the history of medicine!
I’m hoping and praying that my niece will be discharge as early as possible. She’s too young to be admitted! Hope she’ll get well soon. All of us are unhappy with their condition. The younger one feels better now. She doesn’t have fever unlike in the past few days. However she’s taking anti bacterial medications and solutions to provide enough liquids to her body.
